David J. Bromley and Phillip Bowles are two of Central Virginia's most active comic artists. Debuting as editorial cartoonists in Chester, Virginia, they are now engaged in educational events at various regional libraries. A favorite with children, their work is perfect to help spread the love of literacy and artfulness working together.

Artists also appreciate the imaginative and colorful stylizations of this collaborative duo, who brought back to the fine arts gallery scene the popular Art in Shambles comic strip, now reconstituted as full scale acrylic paintings and posters.
