Other Experience

1999-2000, Consultant, Landmine Working Group/Mine Action Associates

Developed a methodology for estimating the economic costs of landmine contamination.  Applied this methodology to the cases of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Ethiopia and Eritrea to determine the impact of landmines on its economic development. Work was funded by the U.S. Departments of Defense and State through the Inter-Agency Working Group for Humanitarian Demining.
