Two versatile systems performing PR, CER, PZR, and SPS measurements over a wide energy range (0.6-5.0eV). The wide range of energies covered by these systems allow the study of many semiconductor systems, such as those families based on GaSb, GaAs, InP, ZnO, and GaN.

One micro-Raman/micro-PL system is capable of performing measurements with an spatial resolution of 1mmx1mm. This system can be operated with several lasers such as HeCd (325 and 442nm), Argon-ion (488 and 514nm), HeNe (633nm), and Nd:YAG (1.06mm) and others. The ability to perform micro-Raman/micro-PL measurements with different wavelengths facilitates the exploration of complex multilayered structures.
