Dong Yoon Lee (이 동윤)

Research interests

My research centers on microbial community metabolism including microbial production and respiration of aerobic to anaerobic microbes spanning from wetlands to estuaries and from freshwater-end to seawater-end member. I am particularly interested in connecting dynamic ecosystem physics and geochemistry to  biological metabolism in an effort to balance net ecosystem metabolism and estuarine food webs.
