Brief Biography

Changqing Luo is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Virginia Commonwealth University. He received his Ph.D. degrees from Case Western Reserve University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2018 and 2011, respectively, and his M.E. and B.E. degrees from Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications in 2007 and 2004, respectively.
