Graduate Students
The Department of Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University offers programs leading to the Doctor of Philosophy degree.  These programs provide opportunities for study in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Health Psychology, and our Experimental Psychology Program, which has emphases in Biopsychology, Developmental Psychology or Social Psychology.  The Clinical Behavioral Pharmacology Laboratory provides training opportunities for interested students studying in Biopsychology and Health Psychology.  More information about the psychology graduate program at Virginia Commonwealth University and application procedures can be found by clicking here. Undergraduate Students
The Clinical Behavioral Pharmacology Laboratory provides opportunities for undergraduate students at Virginia Commonwealth University to gain experience in the design and implementation of human experimental and clinical research as well as data management and analysis.  This is a vital experience for students who are interested in attending graduate school.  Undergraduate research assistants attend laboratory meetings and are actively involved in all phases of research in the laboratory.  Students who are interested in joining the laboratory should contact Barbara Kilgalen, the research nurse, at bkilagen@vcu.edu.
