Square and Round Dancing Classes

Once you have graduated from a square dancing class, you will be eligible for a club badge and can join us at our dances.

Ordinarily area clubs start their beginner classes during the weeks of September.

Colonial Squares (Mainstream/Plus)	Mondays	Start Sept. 21, 2009

Round Dance	Tuesdays	Start January 12, 2010
Circle Eight (Plus)	Thursdays	Start Jan. 30, 2009
Capital Squares (A2)	Thursdays	Start Jan. 10, 2008

Usually, classes continue through April or May, meeting for an hour and a half each week and cost about $3 per person per night with the first two classes free. If the class you are interested in has already started, call anyway. People often start in the second or third week of a class.

For experienced dancers who want to perfect their dancing skills, DBD (Dancing by Definition) workshops have been scheduled on Sunday afternoons. Click the Sunday link below for details.
