Dr. Hongsik Choi received his BSc degree in Computer Science in 1987 from Hallym University, Korea. He obtained his MSc degree in Computer Science in 1992 from Michigan State University, and he received his Ph.D degree in Computer Science in 1996 from George Washington University. He is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at the Virginia Commonwealth University currently.
