Writing Project #2
Purpose
The purpose of this writing project is to write an
essay on the topic "My World without Mathematics". You are supposed to
look around you; from the food you eat, to the dress and shoes you put
on, from the cars you drive to the roads on which you depend on, from
the technolgy your life depends on to the techonolgy you don't care
for, in short from the life you have to the life you want to live. What
difference has/will mathematics make? Will you be better of with or
without it? Note that it is not you without
mathematics, but your world
without mathematics. You have to be as passionate and sincere
as you can about your arguments.
