Library Services Survey of VCU Northern Virginia Users

This is a research study of student and faculty knowledge of and satisfaction with library services performed by the VCU Libraries. Its purpose is to (1) measure satisfaction with library services, (2) identify service delivery problem areas, (3) assess user awareness of these services, and (4) to help prioritize these services for the future. Your participation is voluntary. You may choose to discontinue participation at any time and you can decline to answer any question. This survey is anonymous. Your name will not be linked to your responses. It is possible that you could be identified by someone in the VCU Libraries who recognizes a problem described in your narrative replies and recalls your name. It is unlikely, however, that this will ever occur.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts! Your comments and feedback will help us to improve the library services offered to the Northern Virginia Social Work program.
