Mary Munford's
Amazing Web Site of the Week
February 19th-25th, 2001

Monday, February 19th is Presidents' Day!

For starters, take a look at the web page that a
Loogootee, Indiana first grade class
has done about their class's annual visit to Abraham Lincoln's
Boyhood National Memorial
called Abraham Lincoln for Primary Children

The KidsDomain Presidents' Day page
has many fun links to Presidential games and information,
(though you might notice they still give last year's date
for President's Day! )

Ben's Guide to the U.S. Government For Kids   has Ben Franklin
show you how the government works.
He gives you games to play on the web and shows you the coolest government websites, like the National Zoo and the
Smithsonian Institute's Kids Castle

The  Pets in the White House  page is one of the favorite parts of the White House For Kids web page

Last, but not least,
two United States Presidents are
buried in Richmond's Hollywood Cemetery,
just like Mary Munford.
Can you guess who they are? Here are their pictures.....

                 This President was ?.....

          And this President was?....

Read about these and all the other United States Presidents at the
Hall of Presidents web site
